By making a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the following:

1. Health status

If you do not meet the age requirement for participation, or if you have been drinking on the day or have made a reservation while hiding your medical history, you will not be able to participate in the tour and will be charged the prescribed cancellation fee.

(People over 60 years of age cannot participate.)

2. Diving Point

If sea conditions make it difficult to reach the Blue Cave, the dive will be moved to a safer location and proceed as a beach dive. In this case, the boat fare (1,500 yen per person) will be deducted from the payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

- Up to 3 days before the tour date: Free cancellation

- 2 days prior to the scheduled tour date: 100% cancellation fee applies

※ However, exceptions are made in cases of force majeure, such as flight cancellations.

4. Rental Equipment

If equipment is lost or damaged due to the participant's negligence, compensation will be charged.

5. Perception

If you fail to arrive by the reserved time and are unable to board the boat, the tour will be automatically cancelled and 100% of the fee will be charged .

6. Staff

On days when our Korean-speaking staff is off, our friendly Japanese staff will be with you.

If you have any of the following health conditions, have had surgery, are receiving outpatient treatment, or are taking medication, please inquire before making a reservation.

Hypertension, diabetes, asthma, arrhythmia, acute respiratory infections (pneumonia, bronchitis), pneumothorax, valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease, angina pectoris

● Nervous and mental illness

Epilepsy, panic disorder, neuralgia, neurological diseases, post-traumatic seizures, stroke (intracranial hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, subarachnoid hemorrhage)

● Diseases related to ears, nose, and bronchi

Otitis media, perforated eardrum, Meniere's disease, chronic sinusitis, nasal obstruction, intrinsic bronchial asthma, emphysema, tuberculosis

● Other diseases and conditions
